First established nearly 50 years ago, Rectal and Colon Surgery, Inc. is a colorectal surgery practice based in Erie, Pennsylvania. Our practice includes colorectal surgeons Dr. John C. Reilly, Dr. Edward J. Glennon, Dr. Philip D. Kondylis, and Dr. Patrick J. Recio and our physician assistant, Daniel Stroup.

Our residency program in colorectal surgery was introduced in 1974 in conjunction with St. Vincent Hospital, and has provided training for many board certified colorectal surgeons currently practicing throughout the United States.

Our specialties include surgery of the colon and rectum, including laparoscopic surgery for colon cancer, diverticular disease, inflammatory bowel diseases including ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease, colorectal cancer screening using colonoscopy and flexible sigmoidoscopy, and pelvic floor retraining including biofeedback for fecal incontinence.
